Our Web Development Process
Optima Design Studio understands that each client has individual needs that need to be met. We discover those needs, and take the most effective course of action to ensure satisfaction, and to help your small business succeed.
- Step 1. FREE Initial Consultation
- We meet with you to assess your needs and goals for your project.
- At this time we provide feedback on your ideas, and make additional recommendations of features that will enhance the web experience for your visitors.
- Step 2. Web Site Design Estimate
- We provide a detailed estimate outlining all costs for the project.
- Based on our consultation, prospective clients see exactly what they are paying for, in an itemized fashion. This eliminates the potential for cost over–runs with your project.
- Step 3. Creative Process Begins
- We provide several different web page layouts (proofs) for you to review.
- We do not continue with the project until a final site layout has been agreed upon, and approved. Artwork and layout revisions are made at this time.
- Step 4. Web Development Gets Underway
- We begin developing your web site once the final design is approved.
- To keep you up to date on our progress, links to completed web site pages are provided on a frequent basis. Our team thoroughly tests the web site to ensure browser compatibility on all platforms.
- Step 5. Final Steps
- You thoroughly review your completed web site before it is launched.
- This is your last chance to revise any site content covered in the estimate, and to make sure everything is 100% to your satisfaction.
